Gonzalo Gracia is founder of Boutique Hotels, y Co-Executive Developer of a multitude of hotels in Spain. Mr. Gracia has vast international experience in development, operation and management of hotels, all from his firm located at San Juan P.R. Mr. Gracia has a Hostelry Management degree from the Universidad Vatel of Nimes, in France. At the beginning, he had key positions in hotel chains like Hilton, Marriott & Ritz Carlton in finance, sales and marketing. Later he became Co-Developer of important hotels such as W de Barcelona, W Vieques, Mandarin Oriental Barcelona, and Gran Floridia Barcelona. He is also a partner of the Hospitality Division of Berezdivin Group, owners of Kress clothing stores.
ARCHITECHNIKA and its founder Andrés Otero, have been leading projects in Puerto Rico for the las 35 years. The firm is a mix of architects, engineers and other professionals within the construction industry. He’s been an owner and manager of prominent restaurants such as La Piccola Fontana, Don Juan Restaurant, La Belle Epoque at Casabella, Fontana di Roma Restaurant, Ciao Mediterranean Café & Café La Plage.
